THE CREW sites are located between rows of elderflower bushes and include:
1-4 low dining tables (depending on party size)
Picnic blankets
Candlelight & flower bouquets
Wine glasses, cloth napkins, & tableware
Conversation cards & Anagrams game
Elderflower drink & shortbread cookies
Due to the advance preparations involved in each event, we’re unable to offer refunds. If you cannot attend your picnic for any reason, please notify us via email at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your package to another couple/group or move your picnic to another date.
If a last-minute cancellation is necessary on our end due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic to one of our designated rain dates (July 11, 13, or 14) or another available event.

NOTE: Bloom timing can shift from year to year, so dates may need slight adjustment. If anything changes, we’ll contact you with alternate options or reimbursement. Nature can be unpredictable, but we’ll work hard to ensure a great picnic experience.
Because The Crew setups are directly on the ground, rainfall prior to your picnic may result in wet conditions. Even if the event itself is not cancelled, we may need to reschedule your picnic if the ground is too wet.
