We appreciate your recent order and we're glad you're giving your immunity a boost!  Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your Wellness Boost elderberry syrup...


Once opened, store syrup in the fridge, where it will safely keep for about two months. If you don't expect to use the entire bottle within this time frame, freeze small portions in ice cube trays.


When taking a dose of elderberry syrup, be sure to first give the bottle a shake. This will help to redistribute the raw honey since it tends to settle out in storage.


We recommend 1 to 2 teaspoons daily for adults. For intensive use with onset of illness, take  3 to 4 four times a day, which may minimize duration & severity of flu and common cold. 


For children, we recommend 1/2 to 1 tsp daily  (based on  the size of the child)  or 3 to 4 times daily for intensive use with onset of illness. *Do not give to babies less than 12 months of age.


Wellness Boost is delicious when taken by the spoonful, but it can also be enjoyed in your favorite beverages. Try adding it to  juice, ginger ale, tea, or smoothies!
